I hope this email finds you well. I am writing this letter in regard to my growth in the company. As you may be aware that I have been a consistent performer in the organization, and I believe that this is the appropriate time for me to showcase my abilities and skills that would be beneficial for both me and the company. I have strong leadership that has been proven in situations where I was the one to do all the problem-solving within our team. Additionally, I am convinced that the board members will also agree to my proposal, as I believe I have been recognized by them on many occasions. Moreover, I have no plans of leaving the firm, and I assure you that I will be a good fit for the higher position. I request you to have a core consideration while selecting candidates based on their skills. I hope to hear from you soon.
