I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter regarding my working hours, which I would like to reduce. I am enrolled in part-time studies that would benefit me in my future task, which I would be a part of in the company. This course has many skills that may be required, and I see this as a good opportunity, while we are aware that during weekdays, we do not have much to do in the office. So, keeping this in mind, I choose the schedule for classes during weekdays and would be happy to attend work while on weekends. I request you to approve my request and allow me a flexible working schedule that would help me excel at both study and work. I assure you that I will be maintaining my productivity and will adhere to the policy of punctuality. Hope to hear from you soon.
